Instructions of e-Change Of Name
Please ask for the UPIC detail from the Seller or Transferor and Sale.
In case you do not get from Seller or Transferor and Sale , check for the UPIC Detail using
If you already have UPIC and you are property owner also then
Apply for e-Change Of Name
under
ACTIONS
button.
Otherwise create a New UPIC click on APPLY FOR NEW UPIC button.
After applying for a new UPIC, You need to fill your property details and
apply for e-Change Of Name
.

PTR Filing Instructions
Search Property
Taxpayer can search the property from old records by entering
UPIC/Property ID OR Receipt No. & FY,
OR
Colony & Owner Name
OR
Address
and gets following:
Case 1:
If property record is found then click
Use This Property To Pay Tax
under
ACTIONS
button and file PTR
Case 2:
If property record is found then click
UPIC already in use, Request For UPIC Release
under
ACTIONS
button to submit your request
Case 3:
If property record is not found then click
BACK
button to return to Dashboard and

Taxpayer has to fill the online Form
(Apply UPIC Form)
which contains property and ownership details. On submission of this form, instantly UPIC is generated and received to Taxpayer for SDMC & NDMC.
*Note:
*Note: In case of EDMC, UPIC will be allocated by concerned Zonal Authority
Taxpayer on getting UPIC, may modify property/owner details and file PTR
Request for UPIC Transfer
This facilitates transfer of registered property from one Taxpayer account to another. To do this, Taxpayer can search the property from first by entering
UPIC/Property ID
or
Mobile Number
(on which property is already registered) and gets following:
Case 1:
If property record is found then submit request for UPIC transfer by uploading requisite mandatory documents (Photo ID Proof & Property document containing property address). Transfer will take place after approval of concerned Zonal Authority and property record will be available on Dashboard
Case 2:
If property record is not found then click
BACK
button to return to Dashboard and
Apply for New UPIC
